Here is the piece I finished and I framed and hung it above my bed. My cousin made the frame for me.

Finally a long awaited finish on a piece I had started long ago but with the new kitten I decided to finish it. I was also felled by a cold bug. Grrr. but I went to the Dr and am on the mend.

I think my mojo has been hanging around with Laurel's. Hers came back though. Mine however seems to just be missing do to I believe cold weather....I want spring! I want it yesterday!!! I am tired of being cold. Is it possible to sleep till spring? I did talk to my oldest daughter and she informs me my oldest grandchild Macy who will be 4 in July, is wanting to be a Ballerina and a Peacock??? LOL So Rosie is going to sign her up for some dance classes. I am off to get pepsi and then a shower and maybe some stitching. Oh and Smoke is doing just fine. He is even getting along with old bubba cat. Here he is laying by little cat earlier today.

Is settling in quite nicely I think? Last night all three slept on the bed with me. I haven't stitched in a few days. maybe tonight.

Well after much nagging I talked hubby into getting a new kitten. So here is my valentines day present. Little cat likes him....bubba cat is totally pissed off at me.

I think that this is my first 2009 finish. I tried to iron it though and some of the Lancaster Red ran. :( Oh well I can live with it. I am going to give it to don...yeah he's the one in the picture before, I just hope I don't have to burn this one.

New Stash!!!

Here is my Love Muffin. Today was a great beer day and he was sooo drunk he fell asleep with his boots on. ha ha!! More importantly though he lets me spend his money on stash.....










It was also a banner stash day and below is a few things I picked up today. I love wrong side of the tracks...it's delightfully tacky and it makes me laugh and smile.

February is here!!!

I can't believe we are into Feb already. I have to go to the store for a few things and then I will be home for the rest of the day!!! I plan to work on the baby sampler today, I also have a valentine project in the works for asshole but I don't know why? I'm not really a valentiney kind of person but what the hell the kids will have it one day.
