a headache and no stitching

Today was a rainy and crappy day. I felt lazy and layed around for most of it and didn't get any stitchin done and I have a headache. so I am going to bed early...

Can't stay focused on shit ....but still stitchin!!!

I can't stay focused and my daughter comes over and tells me that she went to Chrissy's and noticed that there is only one sampler and where are the other two? Well.....how was I to know she was going to spit them out in rapid order??? So this one is a golden oldie. I am ashamed that this piece is not done yet but what can I say? I'm working on it now. Below is my progress I am going to try to get it done before her birthday.....in august.

Jessica's graduation party

One picture is of Don and his neice Jessica, her graduation party was today. the other is Don's son and his wife and three kids and Don and Me. a family mug shot if you will.... I now resume my regularly scheduled stocking stitching.

Here is my progress so far I would have been futher but we ended up getting 4 loads of wood between thursday and sunday. we have a wood burner so it's free heat we take it when we can get it. but I am loving this stocking.

Well tada it's done, cute as hell too I might add. Just needs buttons and a name that isn't more than 7 letter 8 tops or else I am putting hey you in there and I'm not even kidding. 1 down and I lost count of how many more to go...

At the grandbabies party

We had fun that day. Jamie and her group will be moving on the first since they are buying a house. Aimee decided on a sampler and one lizzie. hey laurel are you out there? how goes it?
